The piece shown in this post is a three person collaboration. Kim Van Antwerp did the needle felting and the wire work nest. Wayne Robbins created the glass eyeballs and beaks and the copper leaves. Judie Mountain designed and assembled the necklace and created some of the metal leaves. Come see this piece in person at Open Studio, Oct. 3-4 and Oct. 17-18.
Judie Mountain and Wayne Robbins will be hosting their annual Open Studio Oct. 3-4 and Oct 17-18. There will be glass torchwork demos, glass sculptures, finished jewelry, loose beads and metal charms for sale. Hope you can make it by.

It's that time of year again and we are getting ready for Open Studio. Our weekends this year will be Oct. 3 & 4 and Oct. 17 & 18. Some of those crazy parts I listed in our last post found a home with this little guy!
Had a fabulous time in Milwaukee. Our collaboration piece won second place in the Bead Dreams 2015 competition! Wa whoo! Visited with wonderful friends, loyal customers and interesting new people. Lots of great feed back about our new work and collaborative efforts. It was very inspirational and rewarding.
