We accept checks, money orders, VISA, Mastercard or Discover card. Checks and money orders should be made payable to Judie Mountain. Orders paid by check will be processed as soon as check clears. Credit card sales are processed immediately.

All sales are final on Sale items, so please make your selections carefully. Items on our As with our regular items, we ask that any returns be made promptly.

We will confirm your order by phone, e-mail or fax. Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Custom orders may require more time. Orders are mailed within 1-2 days and are shipped U.S. postal service Priority Mail unless noted otherwise.

Our return policy:

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for a refund or credit. Because our designs are one of a kind all returns must be made promptly. Sales Tax:

8.25% sales tax will be added to all orders within the state of California.

Shipping:

There is a $5.00 shipping and handling charge for all orders. Orders will be sent U.S. Priority Mail, which generally takes 2-3 business days. If you need your order faster than that, please inquire and arrangements will be made.

Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates are now available at any denominations. Please send e-mail or phone to place request for Gift Certificate. Gift Certificates are redeemable through our online store or at booth during any craft festival we attend. See Show Schedule to find us.
