We've had a tragedy...............On Saturday morning, March 5th, a 75-foot Cypress tree crashed through the roof of our two young grandsons' bedroom, destroying the room and its contents. With three people in the house at the time, it was miraculous that NO ONE WAS PHYSICALLY HARMED. Our guardian angel was on high alert that day!
Now two weeks down the line, the tree has been removed, the damage assessed, and the sad news has been delivered: the house has been condemned and will be torn down. Our grandsons and their parents have temporary living arrangements, but need to find a new home.
How does this affect Wayne and I? We live and work on the same property. To accommodate any future new construction, we have been asked to vacate. So, we too, are loosing our home and as self-employed, working artists, we are also losing our business facilities.
Wayne and I have been here for over 30 years. We are part of the Santa Cruz Community and want to stay here, but we need help relocating. Can you help us find a place to live and work? We are creative, resourceful, innovative, hardworking, adaptive, and low maintenance. Alternative and non-traditional live/work situations suit us. You can contact us at: judie@mountainrobbins.com
My sister SueSue has created a "Gofundme" account for our son's family. Click link to check it out.
